Process
Typically, there are four interviews where situational interview questions are asked. Each interview is with a different manager, followed by a final phone interview with the regional manager.
Each interview is informal and comfortable with the manager. Situational interview questions are asked, and you will know shortly after the interview about the next steps. If you plan high-scope examples, the interview is easy.
