Process
The interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews.
Two of the interviews were done over FaceTime, and my first interview was conducted in person.
The interviews mainly focused on behavioral questions, looking at how you handled past experiences and situations. They really want you to describe specific experiences and not give just general answers.
It's good to prepare by researching Target beforehand and making sure you know a little about the brands they carry, etc., so you can casually work those details into your answers.
