I had four phone interviews:

Recruiter
Two ETLs
District Manager

I was not able to meet anyone face-to-face, as I was applying for a position in a different city than where I lived. Each call lasted about 20-30 minutes. I also had to take an online assessment, which included sections on how I would act in different scenarios and a math portion.
