Pros: The team members and team development, as well as having a highly interactive workday, not stuck in a cubicle.
Cons: The expectations are overbearing, and unless you want to work 60+ hours a week, they are relatively unattainable. It is highly political, as so many places are, and difficult to get promoted unless someone takes an interest in you early on or someone is on your side at the district level.
