Executive Team Leader (ETL) Interview Experience - Voorhees, New Jersey

Process

I applied online during the first week in December.

Approximately one week later, I received a phone call from someone in Human Resources, specifically a "Business College Leader," to schedule a phone interview.

During the interview, I was asked approximately five behavioral-based questions, including "Why Target?"

The interview went very well, and I was immediately told I would be emailed instructions to complete the "Online Assessment."

This was a lengthy test with 90 questions. The first half consisted mostly of behavioral/personality-based questions, while the second half was more analytical/quantitative and surprisingly semi-difficult.

It took approximately two weeks to hear back, and I now have an in-person interview scheduled at the district office this week.

From start to finish, the process has taken approximately one month.

It's a very strict and formal process, which is good. I just hope the in-person interview is the final stage.

Questions

Any of the questions on the "Online Assessment" were pretty difficult. Many were very mathematical, quantitative, or analytical.
