Front End Manager Interview Experience

Process

For a Target interview, you don't need to get too dressed up (i.e., a business suit).

Just wear something business casual, such as a skirt (not too short) or slacks and a nice top.

Do not wear jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.

Questions

It is good to ask them questions as well, for multiple reasons.

Asking questions shows that you are genuinely interested in the job. And while the interviewer is answering your questions, you are relieved of answering theirs.

Some good questions to ask would be:

  • What tasks you would be assigned if given the job
  • What the work schedule would be like
  • When you would start
  • What kind of training would be necessary
  • etc.
