The interview process for Target was a bit unprofessional. They were clearly in need of someone with the required skills, as they sent me through the "basic" and management interviews in one day.
However, little information was provided about the position, even when I asked questions. Furthermore, the pay offered for management with several years of experience was $8 per hour, which is barely above minimum wage in our state.
When walking into and out of a company I am interviewing with, I take a good look at the employees. They generally seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming.
It could have been only that location with these issues, but I was still surprised and disappointed.
