1 Phone screen + Onsite for 4 hours. There is no reason to reject me. I see they are time passing and simply wasting the time of poor candidates. They just don't know what they really need. 2 of my interviewers are ineligible to interview any candidate as their tech skills are very bad and struggling to understand the basics. I don't recommend anyone to go there with lots of hopes and waste their time. For sure, they don't hire you. Recruiter is in a different world, and he lied a lot to me. Their management should seriously look into and fix this.
