Its very length process. On March 2019, a recruiter contacted me for a prescreening call. Then, there was a 30-minute tech interview with a senior manager (some foolish questions were asked). This was followed by a test case (a solution for which can be found on Google) and a 3.5-hour interview with three technical members and one managerial member.
The attitude of those people was very bad; they acted as though they knew everything in this world. They didn't even smile. Their attitude was poor. Every time, some of them were doing something on their computers, and some people seemed sleepy.
The questions were basic Java questions and basic logical/design questions. They always used abbreviations in their questions, which sometimes caused confusion. The funny thing is they only seemed to know the abbreviations.
It was a waste of 12 hours of case study work and a 3.5-hour interview.
