The first round was conducted telephonically and it was good. The interview focused entirely on my resume and work experience.

Later, I was given a case study and invited for in-person rounds. I had three rounds of face-to-face interviews.

The first round was somewhat technical and just okay. The interviewer wasn't interested in the overall design; they solely focused on the data structures I was using.

The second round was about the case study provided earlier. Again, the interviewer wasn't interested in the actual design, code style, or code conventions. They only asked how much time was taken to solve the problem and if I had referred to any online sources. They directly questioned whether the code was genuinely written by me.

The third round was with the Manager and was completely non-technical. They were very rude and impatient. Once the discussion concluded, they simply told me to leave by gesturing towards the exit. While it's acceptable to dismiss a candidate, the manner in which it was done was entirely unacceptable.

I traveled from a different city to attend these face-to-face interviews. They lacked basic etiquette, such as offering lunch or even directing me to the cafeteria.

Overall, the interviews were okay but not good. Based on the interview process, I can infer that this role is not meant for individuals seeking challenging work. It appears to be for those who prefer talking over coding.
