Pros: Incredible culture working in the frontend space at Target. A really large team designing products at scale, with knowledgeable co-workers and a resilient platform while constantly changing.
Cons: I wish this place paid as much as the companies on the coast.

Pros: Awesome people to draw on as mentors who are fun to work with. I don't imagine a work-life balance could be better.
Cons: The culture is declining into a Java-only environment where deviating from the norm and trying new technologies is often discouraged, unless you are on the "right" team.
