Process
A company visited my campus for recruitment. There were four stages in the selection process.
The first stage was an online coding and aptitude test, followed by three rounds of interviews.
Students were shortlisted based on their scores in the online test.
The interview rounds were structured as follows:
- First interview: HR
- Second interview: Technical
- Third interview: Behavioral
A shortlist was prepared at the end of each round, and only those students were allowed to attend the next interview. The entire interview process took one day.
