Pros: Decent compensation, a flexible work schedule, and good work-life balance.

Cons: If you are a techie fresh out of college, do yourself a favor and do not work for retail companies like Target. Everyone here is an architect and has little to no knowledge about technology. You will be constantly bombarded with meaningless meetings whose outcome is usually nothing productive, and most of your work will be outsourced to some company in India or Uruguay. The work culture here is very bad. Most of the days, I used to be the lone team member working. Everyone else would take a holiday under the pretext of WFH. If you are from a prestigious college with a great technical background, do not consider Target as your workplace option.
