Second round tech. The interviewer didn't know how to speak proper English, making it hard to explain my tech answers.
I didn't get to the third round because, due to the communication barrier, I wasn't moved forward. It wasn't my fault that the interviewer didn't understand.

Pros: Mentorship was top-notch.
Opportunities to learn the tech stack and expectations were realistic once you're in.
Relatively relaxed work environment.
Cons: Somewhat difficult interview.
Hiring process was a bit haphazard for a company of this size.
Management can be difficult depending on your area.

Pros: Target as a company is employee-oriented and caring. If you are in a non-IT environment, you would like it here.
Cons: If you are going to be in a team that works with the team in India, your life would be in hell. Nightly calls, lost communication, a gazillion emails to solve a simple problem, lack of context, and unqualified individuals who got promoted to managers by means of favoritism. If you want a government-type job that is relaxing without much accountability and quality, a Target IT job may be for you.

Pros: Exposure to surprisingly good tech stacks.
Cons: The pay structure is not competitive in this day and age. The way joining months later than someone gets you higher base pay is odd.
