Pros: Target continues to offer a highly flexible work schedule for their headquarters employees. Most are required to come into the office one day a week, if that.
Cons: Target continues to lose market share to Amazon, Walmart, and now Shein and Temu.
Their store merchandising is operationally pretty limited, and their website and digital shopping experience is bad.
