Pros

Target continues to offer a highly flexible work schedule for their headquarters employees. Most are required to come into the office one day a week, if that.

Cons

Target continues to lose market share to Amazon, Walmart, and now Shein and Temu.

Their store merchandising is operationally pretty limited, and their website and digital shopping experience is bad.
