Pros

Compensation, benefits, advancement in the company. Business college training is good also; it enables you to be prepared for your position.

Cons

Before you go to your permanent store, you go through training, which is called Business College. Training is nothing like your actual store. They put me in a store with so many problems, and the hours I was working were ridiculous. I was working 70 hours in less than 7 days. It was ridiculous, not worth the money at all.

Advice to Management

I think that you should allow ETLs to have a work-life balance because if not, they are going to hate working at Target.
