Pros: Target is a great place to grow; there is always room for growth. However, you have to want it for yourself; it isn't handed to you. Working hard and mastering your skill is key for your success.
Cons: It can be very discouraging at times when trying to promote within, because everyone that is looking to succeed is on a mission by any means necessary. So you really have to be sure you know the business and know who has your best interest at heart.

Pros: Compensation, benefits, advancement in the company. Business college training is good also; it enables you to be prepared for your position.
Cons: Before you go to your permanent store, you go through training, which is called Business College. Training is nothing like your actual store. They put me in a store with so many problems, and the hours I was working were ridiculous. I was working 70 hours in less than 7 days. It was ridiculous, not worth the money at all.
