The company is very lenient with everyone and focuses on caring.
The company is getting too lenient, and it’s getting harder to deal with crazy team members. Also, the amount of work they are asking to do is getting out of control.

Smooth and personable; not very intimidating. Very easy to talk to the people and share experiences and skill sets. Probably one of the most enjoyable interviews because it was so conversational.
