If you can't keep up with a fast-moving environment, you will be left behind and promoted to guest. Very high expectations at a salaried management level.
It is best to have some sort of retail experience before making Target your career.

As long as you have been a leader in some capacity, it’s an easy interview. They ask a lot of situational questions. Sometimes they ask questions more geared towards whatever store environment you’re going into.
