The hardest interview I've ever had, but it prepared me for all other interviews. You have to be prepared for behavioral-based questions. Study the STAR method. That's the best bet.
SWE Intern
20-minute virtual screen with a rep on Target Tech Talent Day, followed by a final interview. This includes a 45-minute behavioral/technical interview and a 30-minute job shadow. An offer was sent three weeks later.
