Pros: Very open about your career path and how you can advance in the company.
Decent benefits and 401K matching.
You are always busy, which can be good and bad.
Cons: It comes with working any retail position, but having to work every other weekend and some closing shifts can really affect your sleep schedule. You are also giving up almost every weekend in December and midway through January.

Pros: Not much of an upside to working for Target anymore.
Cons: - Long hours: expect to work 12 to 14 hours, with a minimum of 10 hours. Weekends and holidays are required.
- Little support or development.
- No real pay increases anymore.
- Group management is very demanding and ungrateful.
