Long Hours, Broken Culture
Some good benefits and job security.
Extremely long hours and work weeks. The schedule sucks; they are constantly moving your schedule around, and as in every retail business, you basically can't take time off. Broken culture. I have really disliked my experience here from the beginning.
Take feedback. You guys keep thinking you are the best in the world, but you are not.
Technologically, we are years behind our top competitors. Our processes can be a lot better, and stop making it hard for people to use PTO.
