This was the best entry-level job. It really made me study hard in school and hired me right away with no prior experience.
Miserable working conditions. They kept scheduling me over the times I allowed. I did not want to be working 37 hours per week when I had set my maximum to 15 hours. That's double what I worked.
Be nicer to your employees.
