Actually take time to get to know your team and speak. A lot of the leads and higher-ups have horrible attitudes and never want to do their job.

Front End Associate
Hirevue video questions. There are 3 questions. You get 3 chances to record each answer. So, if you're nervous and mess up the first time, you can do it again. If successful, a telephone interview will follow to ask about availability, etc.

They will ask you questions regarding how you work as part of a team. They may sometimes have you speak to two different people back-to-back.
Software Engineer
The process was pretty straightforward. A few calls and a take-home test were followed by a higher-level in-person discussion. I enjoyed the interview process, as everyone was quick to respond and accommodating.
