Pros

Great coworkers, flexible shifts, decent pay, 10% discount.

Cons

Corporate general merchandise pushing benchmarks are the same for every target, whether it's a Super Target or a small store.

Speed is prioritized over quality work. So if you like to do things right, you will be penalized, while coworkers who do things incorrectly but quickly will be praised.

To get the 10% discount, you have to use a Red Card (Debit or Credit) for the transaction.

Advice to Management

Make the priority the customer experience again.

Figure out how to reward those who zone and stock correctly, instead of those that quickly stuff merchandise wherever to meet corporate's numbers. You are punishing the workers that fix problems and others' mistakes, which builds into bigger problems down the line.
