Opportunities for advancement.
Underperforming engineers are seemingly never let go. Local Engineering is forced to go to a suburban office one or more times a week, despite tons of full remote workers, meaning every meeting is Zoom anyway.

It was a good experience; everything went as expected. The hiring manager was on time and friendly. The campus was awesome, and I was offered water or coffee. The entire interview lasted about an hour.
Telephone interview and then an onsite interview for 4-5 hours. The telephone interview took about 30 minutes. I discussed my current project, and most of the questions were related to current project implementation.
