The hiring and interview process was very professional, with a behavioral questioning style.

Two calls from recruiters discussing roles. One phone screen, which lasted around 45 minutes. Two assignments: one on coding and one on personality. One onsite interview that lasted a day. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

First was the phone technical interview. After selection, they called for an onsite interview. The onsite had four 45-minute interviews: one technical and the rest behavioral with managers.
