Pros: Great culture, friendly people, rejuvenated engineering culture, a lot of opportunity. My current manager is supportive of me moving to a new team.
Cons: Pay raises are on a rigid schedule. Some managers lack technical expertise and don't have a clue about software development.

Cons: Really tough year. Doesn't look like it's getting much better soon. I'm sad about it. I miss being relaxed and creative.
