The people are all very open, including leaders and cross-functional teams. Target also values Diversity and Inclusivity, as well as pushing for Sustainability practices internally and impacting externally. In terms of opportunities, Target is a big company with different departments. There are always opportunities to try new teams and work differently.
The cons may be for some people who do not like changes. One philosophy is that the only thing that is consistent is change. This would be difficult, as staying in the same role and responsibility will not help in advancing one's career or getting a promotion.
Usually, one will have to change departments or move if there is a business need.
I believe Target is already trying its best. With new initiatives like the push for Diversity and Inclusion, Mentorship, and new Compensation and Benefits, those would be great for all team members.
Situational-based interviews.
Two interviews were conducted: * One with the recruiter. * Another with STL. Both interviews featured large-scale questions. It's good to hear you're team-oriented and want to grow professionally within the company. The focus was on your experience
You will interview with 5 to 6 store managers, then you will interview with the district manager. All questions are behavioral-based interview questions.
