Recognition of the employee's hard work will give more reasons than giving the next level in the company to perform. It will showcase the same work pressure from onsite to offshore at Bangalore. Lot of contractors will rule us more than what a target employee will be recognized at.
Try to make the company be with target employees instead of having more contractors. This shows insecurity to the Target employee.
