Very, very supportive for new graduates.
None in my opinion. I had a good experience.
Do a case study using a REST API. You can just start building the basic APIs and add the validations you need. You have time to do it, and it is offline. It is not very hard.
1 Phone screen + Onsite for 4 hours. There is no reason to reject me. I see they are time passing and simply wasting the time of poor candidates. They just don't know what they really need. 2 of my interviewers are ineligible to interview any candida
Two phone screenings with different people. Onsite interview: three interviews, each 40 minutes. These interviews included coding questions, design questions, and past experience discussion. Coding questions involved writing code on a whiteboard.
