Nightly calls, lost communication, a gazillion emails to solve a simple problem, lack of context, and unqualified individuals who got promoted to managers by means of favoritism. If you want a government-type job that is relaxing without much accountability and quality, a Target IT job may be for you.

Revisit your India strategy. Don't hire left and right without quality. Give people a right environment to learn and grow. Bring work in house, which includes less work to Bangalore.
