Video interview on coding pad. The interviewer had questions they wanted me to explain and code out. They also asked preliminary questions relating to skills, languages, background, interests, and workplace preferences.

The interview was very laid-back. I was not asked any technical questions, contrary to my peers. However, I did have a lot of technical experience to prove my skills.

The internal recruiter assigned to me was helpful throughout the process. There was an initial behavioral phone interview, followed by a coding project and a technical phone interview. I was then brought to their HQ; they paid for gas and put me up
