Great engineers, and lots of different teams to work with and gain experience from. Tons of benefits rolled into one package.
Pay is slightly lower than other companies on average. Immediate management is great, but higher leadership doesn't always seem to align on priorities.
I had a phone screening which was pretty much behavioral, focusing on my past work. Then, I had a live 30-minute coding interview, which was quite easy. It involved creating a map, making a 'put' call, and a 'get' call.
Video interview on coding pad. The interviewer had questions they wanted me to explain and code out. They also asked preliminary questions relating to skills, languages, background, interests, and workplace preferences.
Easy interview. Great interaction with everyone involved in interviewing. Constant feedback and updates from the recruiter. I had 4 rounds in total. Technical rounds were a bit tough, but just like any other software engineering interview.
