I received an interview after talking with a recruiter. The first interview was a phone call with behavioral questions, going over my history, etc. The recruiter told me he would set up a final round interview for me and requested my availability.

During the first round HR call, I was sent a link to choose from several options for a small project. It was simple, but the interviewer seemed uninterested in listening, and I'm not sure if he understood.

I spoke at the career fair and was encouraged to apply online. After applying online, I received notification of an on-campus interview. It was a one-on-one interview dealing with both behavioral and technical questions.
