The recruiter contacted me minutes after I submitted my application. I had a phone chat with him. Then he sent me a 2-hour technical challenge that has 2 coding and 10 multiple-choice questions. I nailed it. The second day, I got the email arranging the next interview for the next round. Today, they called me to tell me that they filled the position with their internal intern. So this turns out to be a complete waste of time. They should at least respect their candidates and let them know they don’t want to move forward before the candidates actually spend time on the interview challenges.
