The first round was a phone screen with the recruiter, then a two-hour online assessment. The OA contained some easy problems related to NLP (e.g., TF-IDF). You're not allowed to select the programming language, and the descriptions were vague. Sometimes you had to run the test cases in order to “guess” the input and output format. After the OA, the next round was an interview with the tech lead, focusing on resume and behavioral questions. BTW, the recruiter got the position and location wrong during the process, which made me confused. Overall, not a good experience compared to other tech companies.
