Pros: Medical benefits and days off in August. Products are mostly pretty good.

Cons: Pay is below market. Executives reneged on the remote-first working policy with no explanation and no plan. Priorities are constantly shifting, and unrealistic deadlines are enforced. Managers will grind their teams to dust and sacrifice quality in order to meet their unrealistic deadlines. Expect to be bullied by executives, managers, and even some team members. Expect management at all levels to make promises that they do not plan to keep.

Pros: Excellent facilities. Decent products. Good engineers.

Cons: Leadership. Leadership. Leadership. I was regularly disappointed with my direct manager, his manager, all the way up through the top of the company. Direction is always unclear. Goals are always ambiguous.
