Expect management at all levels to make promises that they do not plan to keep.
HR phone interview request -> Receive email to make schedule -> Phone interview -> Decision whether tech interview or not It takes about 2 weeks to get an email after I applied. One week later after the HR interview, I got an email back.
Decent process. It started with a phone interview with Recruiter (Bethany), followed by technical assessments, phone interviews, and a group interview. Every step of the way was well communicated. No surprises.
The recruiter was nice, seemed knowledgeable, and was thorough. However, they never contacted me back to discuss their interest. When I reached out several weeks later, they stated they had simply lost track of my application and asked if I was still
