Work from home, structured, defined.
Too structured, leaving no room for creativity. Too many crybabies.
I was fired because I failed to participate in their rant meetings where they whine and complain like little Bs.
Time to grow some.
I never worked at a company where they complain about every tiny thing.
They are so strict in their lints that I would waste hours just correcting them. Even stuff like variable names and trailing spaces they would complain and seem very proud of that fact. They think they are curing cancer or performing brain surgery and so would take days just to approve a stupid PR that normally takes minutes.
I was surprised that I was fired after helping out my manager numerous times with his tasks, but he would not stand up for me. No backbone.
Just a bunch of whiny Bs, but even they have backbones.
The application is beyond over-engineered with too many pretentious developers who think they know better. They don’t.
In the end, amidst the pretension and whining, I was actually glad they put me out of my misery.
The interview process was fine, but they just stopped responding to me. I had an interview, and it went well. I met the team, and that also went well. There was supposed to be follow-up, but I never received any. They didn't even say they were no lon
The hiring process consisted of three main stages: * Initial phone screening with HR. * Manager interview: Deep dive into my resume/background and discussion about the project/role. * Technical interview: A live coding session to test practica
In an online interview, the shortest path graph question was unclear. Also, the SQL task was unsolvable. The time given was too short. The interviewer ignored my solution and had poor communication.
