People are great there. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Pay is okay, and stock/bonus are nice. Health/dental are good too.
Upper management needs to understand what is being asked of lower-level employees. Also, being more open with employees would be nice.
Be informative about what's going on, not just sales numbers.
