Process
The interview process involved five rounds. The first round was with HR, followed by subsequent interviews with team members.
All interviews were very similar. In the third interview, I waited for 45 minutes, but no one joined the meeting. I asked the HR person about the interview, and she told me that the interviewers were busy with other things.
The interview was rescheduled. However, I think it is very unprofessional to simply not join the meeting instead of canceling it.
