Pros: You'll learn a lot and can end up on projects where you're really forced to develop quickly.
It's risky, but if you manage it well, you can move up quickly.
Cons: It can take a toll on your personal health if you're not careful to prioritize good exercise and diet.
Tight deadlines and high-pressure projects also have a tendency to bring out the negative morale in teams, which can have a spiraling effect.

Pros: You get to work on probably one of the coolest products in the world at the moment. You are constantly surrounded by hard workers who are smart and great problem solvers. You will be given responsibilities that will challenge and push you constantly. If you don't like to live in a state of challenge, Tesla is not for you.
Cons: Tesla will be your life. 16-hour days are the norm. There is no schedule, but there is no lack of work either. You are on call, expected to be focused on the work constantly.
