The HR process felt unprofessional:
- I was stood up for a scheduled call.
- I was informed about an interview only one day in advance.
- My legal name was incorrect in official documentation.
- A call was scheduled solely to communicate a rejection.
A standard Tesla interview consists of 2 rounds plus 1 panel interview. All interviews are technical, and there was only 1 behavioral question. There was no HR interview.
