The interview process included:
All the individuals I met and spoke with were sharp and asked excellent questions. The process was lengthy but thorough.
One downside was that limited time was allocated for me to ask my questions. Typically, I was asking my questions as the interviewers were leaving to make way for the next group, resulting in brief, one or two-word answers.
Despite this, the people were great and very passionate about the company and its product. The office space was densely populated, with people working closely together, and the parking lot was nearly overflowing. I was glad I arrived early to allow for the long walk from the far edge of the lot to the entrance. It was evident that the company is experiencing rapid growth.
Nearly all questions were technical and of the sort: "Given problem 'X', how would you solve it, or what would you do?"
There were no "gotcha" or behavioral questions.
Almost every interview group asked me, "Why do you want to work here?"
