Pros: You'll learn a lot and can end up on projects where you're really forced to develop quickly.
It's risky, but if you manage it well, you can move up quickly.
Cons: It can take a toll on your personal health if you're not careful to prioritize good exercise and diet.
Tight deadlines and high-pressure projects also have a tendency to bring out the negative morale in teams, which can have a spiraling effect.
