Applied through an employee referral.
I had previously worked at Tesla as a contractor, so it was easy to get their attention.
They set me up for a couple of on-the-phone interviews, and I had lunch with the team I am now working with.
After a couple of weeks, they asked me to come in for a personal set of interviews (8 total).
It was an easy process with good conversations with people. Very enjoyable.
