Process
I reached out to someone on the team, and they put me in contact with the recruiter for the req. I spoke to the recruiter, who told me I would have to complete a couple of tests, taking approximately six hours.
I completed the tests and sent them to the team within a couple of days. I waited for a couple of weeks for feedback but did not receive any, not even a rejection. If they did not want to evaluate my tests, why make me waste my time?
