Electrical Controls Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I had both a good and bad experience.

First, I had a 30-minute call with HR. After that, I had a 30-minute face-to-face interview with the manager, followed by a 1-hour test. After the test, I had a 10-minute call with HR to discuss some aspects of it. Following that, I had another 1-hour meeting with the manager to discuss the test results. After this, I received no response from their side.

I sent an email to HR to ask for feedback, but it seems they are ghosting me. I think this is rather rude, considering the time I invested in this process, including studying for the test and rearranging my schedule for the interviews.
